Before the pandemic, we were able to go out and hang out with friends and family at gatherings, parties, reunions, and other events. While we feel that everything should be good at these events, we still feel alone despite being surrounded by the people we care about because no one is talking to us. And now during the pandemic, we’re feeling even more left out and unsure of what to do.
